Costs

The filing fee for a Utah divorce is $318. For parties with minor children, you will each be required to attend a three hour divorce orientation and parenting class at a cost of $55.

We charge for our time, but we won't charge you for faxes, copies, couriers, mileage, postage, pencils, or paper clips. Our competition typically does.

Hourly rates range from $175 to $225. Depending on our assessment of your case, we will request an initial retainer between $1,500 and $6,000.
