He has been named as one of Utah's Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine for six consecutive years, from 2004 through 2009. Mr. Woodall divides his time between his family law practice and management of the firm's default loan services. John W. MurrayJohn holds a bachelors degree from MIT, an MBA from the University of Utah, and a law degree from BYU. Prior to attending law school, John worked for twelve years as a software engineer for IBM and Cisco Systems. His practice is divided between family law and creditor representation. John is also a state-certified mediator. Heather M. McGinleyHeather M. McGinley received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Creighton University in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Heather worked for eight years as a prosecutor with the Salt Lake County District Attorney's office, where she gained substantial trial experience. Ms. McGinley has been practicing exclusively in family law and domestic relations since 2008 |
